Refunds: We offer refunds within 60 days of purchase, issued to the original payment method. Cash refunds require the original purchase receipt. Returns without a receipt or packing slip will receive merchandise credit.
Warranty Exclusions: Our warranties do not cover natural product degradation, wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Returns Processing: For assistance with after-sales issues, please contact us directly. We'll determine if a return is necessary and provide the appropriate return address. Exchanges and refunds are typically processed within 3-6 business days upon receiving the returned item.
Returnable Items (within 30 days):
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Unwashed, unworn, and unused items that do not meet your expectations.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items beyond the 30-day warranty period.
- Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
- Hygiene-related items: PM2.5 Face Mask Filters, Ear Loops Face Mask Bandanas, Face Lifting Bandage.
Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim:
- Describe the issue with your order number and product code.
- Outline the steps you've taken to resolve the issue.
- Provide the item code from the packaging.
- Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect.
Additional Notes:
- Returns after one month or for non-product-related reasons may incur shipping fees.
- Contact us before returning items; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Incomplete warranty requests may be declined.
- "No Reason Returns" require intact packaging and unused accessories.
